Brandon Vrosh and Shannon Lambert are a dynamic, values-driven team with a combined 8 years of experience in commercial real estate investing and over three decades of prior success in the residential real estate world. Brandon and Shannon began working together 12 years ago as a way to build something meaningful—not just for themselves, but for the investors who entrust them with their capital.

Brandon brings an analytical mindset and leadership experience from his role as Head of Enterprise Investments at a high-growth real estate investment firm, where he has helped acquire and manage more than $125 million in commercial properties. His strengths include underwriting, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing complex transactions.

Shannon draws on 24 years of residential brokerage experience and brings expertise in investor relations, project management, tenant relations, and design. Her ability to connect authentically with both partners and tenants adds depth and trust to every project they take on.

Together, Brandon and Shannon focus on acquiring and operating commercial properties with strong fundamentals and upside potential. Their mission is to protect and grow investor capital through disciplined execution, transparent communication, and strategic value creation.
